A very beautiful, sunny location with a stunning view of the mountains, located near the Aschau swimming pools and the Bärnsee Nature Reserve, right next to the forest with access to the hiking trail network. Apartment building with two apartments; the Laubenstein apartment is wheelchair-accessible (electric wheelchairs not permitted) and barrier-free. Bus stop 80 m from the house. Parking available at the house. Our house uses Memon technology to reduce electromagnetic radiation, and our water is also treated with Memon technology. The Aschau bike rental is 300 m away; bike and hiking trails run right past the house. It’s 6.5 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.7 km to the Kampenwand cable car. E-bike charging station at the house. All accommodation feature a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle.<br> The 75-square-meter Laubenstein apartment is suitable for people with allergies and is wheelchair-accessible on the ground floor. This non-smoking apartment features 3 rooms and a bathroom with central heating, all on one level, and a beautiful, spacious southwest-facing terrace. Large kitchen with a cosy, spacious seating area and fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave with microwave-safe dishes, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. Living room with a pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and direct access to the south-west-facing terrace. Tiled stoves in the kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms with double beds: one measuring 2.00 m x 2.00 m and the other 1.80 m x 2.00 m. One bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Bedding and towels are provided. Starter kit for our guests: tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, and soap are provided. Charcoal grill, parking directly in front of the house, garage for storing bicycles; the garage can also be rented separately for car parking. The apartment is partially wheelchair-accessible; unfortunately, it is not suitable for guests using an electric wheelchair.<br> Schliersee is 36 km from the Mittermayer holiday rental, and Rosenheim is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, 75 km from the property.<br> A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in a separate laundry room. Detergent and trash bags are provided. An umbrella, backpack, and guest bicycle for picking up bread rolls are available.<br> Free laundry service: Depending on the colour of your laundry, you’ll receive a laundry bag and can hand it in with your preferred temperature and washing instructions. You’ll receive your washed laundry back in the bag to dry it yourself on the drying rack in your apartment. An ironing board and iron are also available at any time.<br> Garage available for rent for a fee.<br> To enjoy a little time to yourself and your partner even while on holiday, you have the option to book babysitting or childcare in the evenings at our house for a fee, upon request. Our two older daughters are very competent and experienced. A collection of games is available.
