Stock. 500 m Fußweg zur Orthopädischen Kinderklinik und ca. 800 m in den Ort zu verschiedenen Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Bahnhof und zur Bushaltestelle. Verschiedene Spazier- und Wanderwege direkt ab Haus führen am Fluss der Prien entlang, in Richtung Landschaftsschutzgebiet Bärnsee oder in die umliegenden Berge und Almen wie Kampenwand.
