Cocoonr is pleased to offer this duplex flat in the town of Arzon, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 40 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property (west-facing) is laid out as follows:
on the ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), TV
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with shower)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared, enclosed swimming pool (unheated – dimensions 20 m x 10 m – depth 0.90 m to 1.90 m) accessible with a key. Open from 1 June to 30 September (dates subject to change)
- A 3m² balcony with a table and chairs offers views of Crouesty harbour.

The flat is ideally situated in Arzon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Hiking,
- Kayaking on the Gulf of Morbihan from Kerners, or on a boat trip departing from Port Navalo
- Visiting various islands such as Île aux Moines, Belle-Île-en-Mer, Île Houat and Île Houdic.
- Suscinio Castle,
- The Cairn du Petit Mont.
- Markets: Sarzeau on Thursdays, Port Navalo on Fridays and St Gildas on Sundays. These are large markets during the summer and it’s always a pleasure to wander around them
- You can also visit Vannes, the Quiberon Peninsula, or Rochefort-en-Terre

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the underground car park.
A public car park near the residence is free from 1 November to 31 March and charges a fee from 1 April to 31 October.

- Nearest railway station: Vannes station, approximately 36 km away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, approximately 122 km away

- Route 1 – Aire du Sanso – Port-Navalo pier
- Route 2 – Aire du Sanso – Kerners-Bilouris jetty
- Route 3 – Aire du Sanso – Petit Mont cairn – Port-Navalo jetty

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
