Villa 'Maffy' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Immerse yourselves in an unforgettable holiday where comfort, sports, and relaxation blend perfectly. Our beautiful villa is located within an elegant and well-kept residential park with only 30 units, offering an exclusive and tranquil environment that ensures privacy and security.



Boasting a splendid sea view, the villa is situated in Li Mucchi Bianchi, Baja Sardinia. The property, arranged over two floors, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot is also available on request. The villa features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered veranda, and barbecue.



You can enjoy a shared swimming pool adjacent to the villa, ideal for relaxing on warmer days. The pool area and tennis court border the villa’s garden and are for the exclusive use of the residential complex. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach, while the pool and tennis court are just 50 metres away.



A parking space is available inside the property, as well as free street parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.

Super gelegenes Haus mit Garten und grossem Gemeinschaftspool

Pros: Das Haus steht in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen und sicheren kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mit einem grossen Gemeinschaftspool sowie Tennisplatz nur 2 Gehminuten vom Sandstrand und in Gehdistanz zum Supermarkt sowie zum Ort Baja Sardinia. Es hat alles was man braucht (WLAN, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, 2 Badezimmer, Parkplatz, Grill, Waschmaschine, Gartenmöbel) und sogar noch eine schöne Aussicht. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr nett und hilfreich mit Tips und jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar. Es war wirklich ein traumhaft schöne Ferienwoche in der Villa Maffy. Cons: -
