At the end of the stay, we even spent 1 hour arguing about not wanting to pay a second time for the room (a quack between Homelidays and Expedia it seems). And for what : In a largely empty residence we were attributed the room with a view to the wall at 3m (vs the gorgeous valley on the other side). We had the room whose shower drain smelled the rotten rat and whose heater turned out to be just a fan. Cmq, il ns ritardo era dovuto a partenza ritardata del traghetto da Livorno x cui abbiamo chiesto la ricevuta da presentare alla compagnia dei traghetti... Non è stato molto facile ottenerla però, e qs mi pare poco corretto e poco professionale. La dependance del residence in cui stavamo è cmq molto bella , in bella posizione, con un bellissimo giardino, molto curato. Una pecca è però il fatto che non abbiano lì dei bidoni x l'immondizia e i clienti siano obbligati a portarli personalmente nella sede principale a circa 500 mt in salita. Manca anche una segnalazione che indichi dalla strada l'ingresso della dependance : non è stato sempre facile ritrovarla, anche perché il navigatore funziona ad intermittenza nella zona. Sur place dans la résidence c'est l'anarchie, aucun règlement affiché, chacun fait ce qu'il veut quand il veut. La piscine est accessible H24\. Le soir après 18H30 plus aucun personnel sur place pour veiller au respect de la vie en collectivité. Enfin contrairement ç ce qui était affiché et prétendu dans les mails reçus personne sur place ne parlait Français.
