Cosy, comfortable 2-family house detached. In the resort La Conia - Cannigione, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 80 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach 50 m pebble beach 100 m, diving center 2.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 10 km, Porto Cervo 16 km, Palau 15 km, Olbia 25 km, Baia Sardinia 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

Das Haus hat ein gutes Lage. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Ein Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und dort kann man super schnorcheln. Mit dem Auto können prima Ausflüge unternommen werden. Auf der Straße zwischen Unterkunft und Strand ist kaum Verkehr. Es ist eine Einbahnstraße die in Canagione für Autos gesperrt ist. Sehr fahrradfreundlich.Leider verfügt das Haus über keine Fliegengitter. Wir hatten immer mit Mücken zu kämpfen. Besonders nervig war es nachts. Das Doppelbett war durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Terrasse ist fast immer im Schatten.
