A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi.

Only stayed for a single night, but Pamela was brilliant in ensuring everything was ready. Breakfast was a major highlight on the roof terace.

Lovely small boutique hotel with roof terrace.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

Attention to detail. Total major refurbishment Fantastic staff across all levelled Luxury experience

Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large. Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building

All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine.

It should be mentioned, however, that when arriving at this hotel travellers with suitcases request their transport/taxis to go to the rear entrance/fire exit to avoid the 59 steps that take you to the front entrance / reception. The steps are quite manageable once you have no suitcases to lug up with you.

Homely place with amazing garden in a really lovely area.

Property was great, clean and perfect location for us. The staff were wonderful and so helpful

Because it isn't on the seafront the location is quiet but you are close enough to the sea (50 metres) to hear the waves. There are so may things to like about this small hotel. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough. The rooms are modern and clean and will appeal to gadget enthusiasts (colour-changing LED lights, built-in bluetooth speakers etc). The WiFi in the room was excellent. Breakfast can be taken in the room but they also provide vouchers so that you can take it at a beachfront...

I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a smile. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety was impressive, and everything was delicious, making it the perfect start to each day. The location is unbeatable—right next to Santa Catalina Park and the port, and just a...

Excellent location would recommend in my opinion best area in Las Palmas

Nice, quiet, clean and lovely place to stay! The host are really caring and helpful. Highly recommend for holidays ❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel that is nestled in the middle of a forest, creating a cozy and local atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The ambiance of being surrounded by nature was a refreshing change. However, I found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Despite this, the price was reasonable for the location and amenities offered. One downside was the internet speed, which was not very...
