"The room was small for a 4 day stay... but that's probably standard in the Times Square area. The sink was broken when we first checked in but they were quick to resolve. Construction was going on at the time in the lobby. Kind of hard to move around but will look beautiful when done. Loved the proximity to things and shows. However, the elevators were the worst. It took forever to get one to go down. Sometimes 10 mins."

"The hotel was great, however it is very literally advertised on the website as having a 500 square foot rooftop terrace - which it does not. When we asked the front desk they had no idea what we were talking about. Kind of bummer when having a rooftop accessible to us was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. "

"I was going to details what was wrong with this Hotel until we found a cockroach in the room. Location is the only Plus, but I really regret having stayed there. Never again. "

"Unfortunately, during my stay they were upgrading the elevator system and it was a harrowing experience. You either had long wait times for an elevator or the frustrating message that there was no elevator service available. Hope they fix this soon!!"
