10/10 Excellent
"Staff was so friendly and kind. I loved that the metro station was around the corner and easy to access. Would stay here again"
"Enjoyed our experience here. It was our first time at the Hotel Washington but we’ll be back! Terrific location. Personable staff. Although our bed was soft, our room was comfortable (it could use one more chair) despite the fact the bathroom door wouldn’t shut.
We ate one breakfast at the hotel. The food and service were very good. The rooftop bar was a bonus in the evening. Terrific views. Our bartender, Leandro, was the best. Friendly and engaging, he knew his rum! We look forward to seeing him next time!"
"Excellent location. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, helping us every step of the way. Parking was convenient and easy to find, and the in-and-out privileges were great. You can also park there until 6 pm on the day of checkout at no additional charge, which is a fantastic perk."
"All of the staff were super friendly and on their job! Valet guys were great, the front desk were all very accommodating and efficient. The lady cleaning rooms was friendly in passing. Impressive!"
