Artarmon Holidays from £1,628

Perfect location the festival was on but couldn’t hear it from inside, bed was comfy and everything was clean see you in 12 months :)

Our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations. Within the first 24 hours, we were moved between three different rooms due to ongoing issues. At around 2 am, we noticed a loud, repetitive noise coming from the bathroom walls. After reporting the issue to reception and providing a recording, we were relocated to another room at approximately 3 am. The following morning, we were advised that maintenance would inspect the noise. We explained that we would be out for the day, but later received a call advising that the hotel was fully booked for the night and that we needed to return immediately if we wanted another room. This forced us to interrupt important plans and return to relocate our belongings, causing significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Thankfully, the third room did not have the same noise issue. However, the disruption did not end there. At approximately 3:30 am, the fire alarm sounded, and it took around 30 minutes before guests were informed that it was a false alarm. The overall experience was unacceptable. Between the repeated room changes, poor communication, disruption to our plans and lack of sleep, the stay was far more stressful than it should have been. The first night alone was enough to leave a very poor impression. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this property. The standard of service and overall guest experience fell well short of expectations, and we left feeling extremely disappointed.

Very comfortable but bathroom grout could use some cleaning
