Located in the heart of Ars-en-Ré, on the street right across from the church, this magnificent 140 m² home is certified as a 5-star furnished holiday rental. It offers high-quality amenities and allows you to experience the authentic Ré atmosphere of the beautiful village of Ars, with its shops and restaurants. Its harbour and market are less than a 5-minute walk away. An exceptional location.

The Frères de la Côte beach is a 4-minute bike ride away.

Available for rent from Saturday to Saturday, the house includes:
A large living room with a fireplace and a large-screen TV opening onto the terrace and connected to a brand-new, fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a large family dining table. This beautiful living space measures 48 m².

The house is very well equipped, including: a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen; a Nespresso coffee maker; a SMEG kettle and toaster; an oven; a microwave; a wine cooler; a washing machine; a dryer; a dishwasher; 1 hair dryer per suite, 2 LG TVs, 1 Samsung TV, Wi-Fi, Weber charcoal grill, and smoke detectors.

The house sleeps 10, distributed as follows:
- 4 bedrooms in total
- Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), its own bathroom, and French doors opening onto the terrace
- 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), its own shower room, and a flat-screen TV; 1 bedroom for 4 with two bunk beds and its own bathroom (bathtub)
- Second floor: a 25 m² master suite with its own shower room and toilet, and a large flat-screen TV
- Each bedroom has its own shower room. (One of which has a bathtub)
- An office area on the ground floor completes the layout
- The two bathrooms (ground floor and ground floor) are separate

In the basement, you’ll find a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer (clothesline and ironing board) and a large game room (33 m²) with floor cushions, a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and board games.

A travel cot and a high chair are available to accommodate a young child.

A real plus: bed linens (beds are made upon arrival) and towels are provided to make your stay comfortable.

The house is smoke-free. Pets are not allowed.
