"Very good value option. Room decor a bit dated but absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy. Comfortable ned.Evening bar meal was straightforward and tasty. Really helping staff. Ample parking. Busy main road outside so there is some traffic noise."

"Directly opposite the Loch side and Bens. Clean hotel with lovely seating areas, pool table, bar and restaurant. Staff were really friendly. Quite a lot of choice for breakfast. Just watch out for midgies outdoors!"

"Very relaxing break in a beautiful location. Had a lovely room with gorgeous loch views, perfect for the recharging escape I wanted. Hotel is very dog friendly with both the rooms and lounge bar dining. Lounge and terrace lovely for relaxing with a view, definitely recommend Forest Hill’s and the Vital Spa where Caroline was fabulous with the Signature Spa treatment. Beautiful area to walk, cycle and explore at Loch Ard and Aberfoyle area makes it idea for either an active or relaxing break. "

"Easy to access from train station about 10mins walk. Shrubbery gives a nice nature feel room was clean and a the pub had great food. Had two single beds maybe a bit small for some people."

"Small hotel with good food and cute rooms. Not a lot of extra stuff like shampoo but the staff were very nice and super helpful. Good for hikers. Pretty spot! We slept well there."
