O apartamento é muito bonito, porém o chuveiro de um dos banheiros não esquentava.A localização perto da prainha e o maior destaque, com comércio próximo, recomendo a vista do morro da cabloca.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito! Muito organizado e limpo. Fica bem próximo à praia. O prédio é bem tranquilo, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Thiago! O anfitrião Antônio Carlos, também é muito atencioso!!! Minha família adorou! Com certeza retornaremos!

Bom apartamento bem localizado na prainha zeladores atenciosos, apenas alguns detalhes como alguns utensílios a mais na cozinha, uma área de serviço melhor, um upgrade na TV/TV box ajudaria dica verificar o forno não estava acendendo mas não nos atrapalhou.... no geral gostei muito do apartamento estava muito 👍bom

Muito próximo a prainha, apartamento como descrito, uma pena terem fechado as praias e proibido o passeio de barco justamente no dia em que chegamos, então não deu para aproveitar como queríamos, resumindo foi casa e orla da praia o passeio!!!

Foi muito bom,o apartamento é bom e espaçoso, localização muito boa de fácil acesso tudo que estava no anúncio se cumpriu só a tv que estava com problema de imagem e o ventilador da sala que não estava funcionando,mais isto foi só um detalhe do resto estava perfeito seu Antônio muito atencioso no geral muito bom recomendo .

Primeiramente foi péssimo fazer o check-in, pois o proprietário me ligou e informou que eu só poderia fazer até as 19:00 sendo que isso não estava no anúncio! Cheguei no apto bem tarde da noite tive que pegar a chave com uma vizinha dele e quando entrei no apto, o apto estava simplesmente sem energia, eu e meus amigos ficamos sem bateria no celular pois não conseguíamos carregar, estava super frio e como não havia energia nem banho conseguimos tomar, tivemos que ir para um hotel, gastamos um valor super alto pois precisávamos tomar banho porque fizemos uma viagem super longa e cansativa de São Paulo a Arraial do Cabo, várias comidas que levamos que precisava colocar na geladeira estragaram pela falta de energia, resumindo foi a pior experiência que já tive e gostaria de um estorno, porque não foi barato e foi uma péssima experiência!

Adoramos a estadia no apartamento. O Sr Antônio foi sempre prestativo e respondeu todas as minhas perguntas. A localizacao é bem próxima à prainha, uma praia ótima para quem tem crianças, porém como fomos no reveillon estava bem cheia. Somente a internet que não estava funcionando, mas foi um problema da operadora. Os porteiros também nos atenderam muito bem. Recomendo!!
