We had use of the entire ground floor of the two-story house; the upper floor was also occupied while we were there but this did not cause any problems. The location is excellent, with just a five-minute walk to the beach. The interior is as described in the listing. There is some dampness in the basement games room (this was not a problem for us as we did not use this room); also, the communication with the property manager immediately before arrival was not as good as we have experienced at other properties (some messages went unanswered). ##### Lorne W.
