Slept 6 adults and 4 children very comfortably. The water park at the complex was a huge hit for kids of all ages(and adults too!) Large Open floor plan made for a very accommodating hangout for all. Only negative experience we had was that there were no blinds or curtains on the windows. Being that it is on the first floor we felt like everyone was looking in on there way by or from the building adjacent. However, this unit and host are 5-star worthy. This unit is equipped with everything you might need, as well as many things you never thought you would need. The host was accessible, communicative, and very flexible. The unit was bright and fresh and clearly well maintained. Access to the water was right out the back door and the views were great.
