The pool was pretty chilly. But we managed to adjust and enjoyed it very much. HUGE pool! Room was super nice and beds super comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast as well!

Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it.

Room was clean staff was nice , My wife is allergic to down and 2 of our 4 pillows had down fillers in them. The staff told us otherwise we actually checked the pillows and in bold print Duck feathers. Instead of causing a scene we put the pillows in the dresser for our 2 night stay. I did actually request in our booking to have pillows that were not down.
