Welcome to Cass Bay Retreats at Stone Fountain. The best place to be in Okoboji; Steps from the Amusement Park, the concert green space and West Lake beach access. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 10 guest comfortably. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dining table seating six and provides direct access to your covered deck. The outdoor space is perfect for Saturday night concerts, along with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor chairs and coffee table. The living room offers ample seating with smart TV and WIFI. Master bedroom presents a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Three additional bedrooms on the one-level condo include bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom three with king bed, and bedroom 2 with queen bed and twin bunk and twin trundle. Second full bathroom off the kitchen offers a shower/tub combination. For added convenience a full sized washer and dryer with detergent are provided.

Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Emporium Shopping Center, Orbitz Mini Donuts and Tropical Snow Cones. Start your day off with the Saturday Morning Farmers Market then grab your tickets for all day fun at Arnolds Park Amusement Park, visit the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, a cool drink at Pirate Jacks Bar and a free Saturday Night concert on the green space with fireworks.

There are parking spaces for several vehicles in the complex parking lot.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Booking fees and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable . Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store. Items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, pack n’ plays or toddler cots, bottled water packs, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on the store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Check-In begins at 4:00pm CST. Check-out time is 10:00am CST. Late Departures may be subject to charges
Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates with exception of booking fees and credit card fees.
To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for
late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning
or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly. Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website.
Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on
reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled
between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund. Booking
fees and Credit card fees are nonrefundable. A hold or authorization will be made on all credit cards for a $300 damage deposit.
We do not charge damage depsits up front and only capture off the hold on your credit card if damages are present.
Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens,
loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or
glitter is not allowed in the property.
