15 minutes walk from the historic center, al floor of a villa, nice T3 apartment of 85 m2, air conditioned, facing south, furnished, fully equipped, for 2 to 6 people including a living room with sofa bed 140 comfortable, 2 bedrooms with bed 140, and equipped kitchen: coffee maker with coffee, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, stove with oven, a bathroom with washing machine and laundry, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, separate toilet, a garden and courtyard with jacuzzi summer, garden furniture, barbecue and arbor for pleasant grills. We were warmly welcomed by Jean-Charles and he even had filled the fridge for us with cold drinks and wine for a good start. Everything you need was there. Bathroom and kitchen very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay between the magnificent city of Arles and the beautiful landscape of Camargue a lot! Thanks for everything, we can only recommend it and would love to come back sometime.

Great little property on the outskirts of Arles
The four of us enjoyed our stay at this property - it was clean and spacious and we created some great meals in the kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather so couldn't soak up the sun in the outdoor space. Being on the outskirts of Arles meant we had easy access by car to the Provence area. Jean-Charles was an affable host and we thank Google translate for helping us communicate!!
JC is a super host. House is cool, well equipped and excellent outside facilities ( bbq , outside dining table etc) . Five minutes on foot to chemist baker and fruit n veg . Five minutes in car to huge Leclerc. Fifteen minutes walk to centre and train station with fast trains to Avignon( 20) and Marseille( 50).
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser sehr gut gelegenen Wohnung am Rande von Arles und werden auch beim nächsten Besuch hier schlafen. Der Besitzer ist zauberhaft und außerordentlich freundlich. Die Wohnung ist groß und komfortabel. Es gibt auf dem Flur eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, welche die ganze Wohnung schön runter kühlt. Das ist in Arles im Sommer eine gute Sache. Das Auto parkt geschützt am Haus. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nicht so pittoresk wie der Rest der Stadt aber man ist recht schnell im Zentrum. Immer wieder gern! Merci beaucoup!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und super in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Der Eigentümer Jean-Charles ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung ist groß, gut eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen. Anders als in vielen anderen Appertements gibt es genug und zusammenpassendes Kaffee- und Essgeschirr und Wein- und Wassergläser.
Es gibt einen schönen Außenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Sitzen und Essen, mit Liegestühlen und mit einem gut funktionierenden Grill. Die Innenstadt von Arles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir Arles nochmals besuchen. Vielen Dank, Jean-Charles, auch für die Küchenausstattung mit Kaffee und Frühstück für den ersten Morgen und den Wein zum Willkommen.
Es war für uns perfekt. Der Gastgeber ist eine wunderbare Mischung zwischen Freundlichkeit, Offenheit, Diskretion und Grosszügigkeit. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Jean Charles was a great host (he lives below the apartment)! The apartment was just as expected, with lots of room for all of us to spread out (living room, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, entry, bathroom, and water closet). With air conditioning. We cooked in two of our five nights as the kitchen and downstairs bbq were well outfitted for our use. This location, although out of the city center of Arles provided us with a three minute drive to parking in the old town area, and also easy escape to the towns and villages in Provence (Avignon, Rousillon, Les Baux, Gordes, Coustellet). We would definitely stay at this location again!
The apartment is very large and is equipped with everything needed. Refrigerator was stocked with juice, milk, and wine. We ran the AC because of the humidity and it worked well. The bed was comfortable. However, a blanket would be nice since only a sheet was on the bed.

Eigenaar JC keurig en huis zeer schoon en netjes op 1e etage. BG woont de eigenaar, wat niet vermeld staat in omschrijving. Geen hinder van eigenaar en je kan alles vragen.
Appartement au 1er étage de la maison, très propre et bien équipé. Terrasse et équipements extérieurs à disposition.
Accueil très chaleureux de Jean-Charles qui est à notre disposition pour tout service ou renseignement, avec la gentillesse de quelques boissons au frais à notre arrivée !
C'est avec plaisir que nous conseillons ce gîte dans lequel nous reviendrions volontiers. Christian & Christiane; Marie et Patrick
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est très bien placée, 15 mn à pied du centre ville d'Arles, et le long du canal pour de très bonnes promenades au grand air. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par Jean-Charles, qui est très disponible, et de très bon conseil pour les visites à faire en Camargue. Merci encore.

Insgesamt war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Jean-Charles ist ein netter Gastgeber. Danke Jean-Charles, auch für deine Bemühungen mit unseren Hunden.
Die Lage ist am Rand von Arles, gegenüber eines Quartiers. Man kann den alten Kern von Arles zu Fuss in 1,4km Entfernung erreichen. Supermärkte (LeClerc, Lidl, Aldi) in ca. 3-4km sind schnell per Auto erreicht. Uns hat ein Bäcker in näherer Umgebung gefehlt, daher für die Lage 1 Punkt Abzug.
Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.
