I was traveling alone with the attendance of the Walnut Valley Festival, being my center of attention. For under $100 a day it was OK. There was plenty of hot water, day or night, but no linen service The motel really shouldn't advertise a complimentary breakfast., There wee child sized Twinkies and some similarly sized pastry, and coffee w/o condiments. The room 's A.C./ heater worked well, given that a few of the days I was there the temps were over 100 degrees F and the mgmt never minded me running the AC day and night.. It was good enough for me, no roaches, good ac close to where I needed to be, quiet and easy parking Not bad for under $100 i never did get WIFI, although the manager did appear to be working on it, periodically. .

My daughter checked into her rm(129) on Sat. eve. Both beds had dirty linens and there was a pair of dirty panties on bed. When I called front desk and requested clean linens, a man brought more ditry and stained linens and 2 mattres pads for blankets, no bedspread,no blanket. The entire rm, specificallybathroom, was filthy. Bugs on linens. Bugs on floor, in bathtub. Lg hole in bathroom ceiling with light shining through hole. There is NO second story, where did the light come from? The toilet lid, sink, and bathtub were filthy and stained. My daughter had her young (8yrs) son with her. She was so uncomfortable and disgusted with "accomodations" that she left and drove 3 hours back to her home in Olathe, Ks. I will expect a full refund.

Room was not clean. Live and dead bugs strewn about. Smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom was moldy and even worse smoke smell. Double charged at check in. Bed box spring was off the frame and wedged. Unable to get back on the frame without dissembling the frame itself. “Bed spread”!using those words lightly, had multiple burn holes in it. Absolutely garbage. Ran by an Indian man who doesn’t give a single F.

This is a true Roach Motel

This place is a rat hole. I cancelled the second night and they refused me even a partial refund for the tickets unused night. Filthy, in bad shape (especially the bathroom), roaches. Do not stay here. The clerk was not helpful. Totally unsympathetic.
