Its location is amazing, right on the beach!, but what made it really special was how lovely the staff were and how many small touches were put in place to make your stay easy, relaxing and special. My room was on the top floor, it was spotless, beautifully maintained and the balcony overlooking the beach was amazing. The food was lovely, all the staff so helpful and careful of us, i’d come back in a heartbeat! "

"We loved our stay at Karras Grande Resort! Right from checking in the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There was a little confusion at check in which was nobody’s fault, but the lovely staff upgraded our room for the following nights as a gesture of good will when we spoke to them after our first night. They are genuinely such kind and warm hosts! The breakfast spread is incredible with so many options and more staff than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast ready to help if you need any assistance....

The location is perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet at night so you can really relax. Loved having a balcony to enjoy the evenings, and overall the apartment just had a really nice vibe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos – we’d happily stay here again!"
