"Property was fine, however there was a loose dog running around, the dog was friendly, but we did not want the dog jumping on are car and scratching it as we were unloading. We did not get the heads up where the key lock box was at, so we had to go through the trouble contacting the property owner to figure out where the key box was at. literally thought we were scammed, but it all worked out."

"This was, by far, the best rental we have stayed at. The nicely decorated ranch house was so clean, comfortable, cozy, private and fun. I could go on and on with all the positives. Our dogs LOVED the big yard and quickly made “friends” with the visiting cows. It was great. Irene is the best. Easy to communicate with and made everything so welcoming. Definitely get some of her farm fresh eggs!!! As for the area, Camp Verde has so much to offer. Hiking, biking, casino, restaurants and of course...

"I came to the area for the first time, meeting friends who were here for a couple of months with their horses. Tammy met me at the house. It’s simple but nicely decorated. I had everything I needed. I had a small plumbing issue when the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain (it’s an old house) but Tammy and Jim were super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. I loved the privacy and setting. Beautiful area."
