Cozy Historic Farmhouse-2 Bedroom Downstairs Unit - Walk Downtown & Whiskey Row

Enjoy our Cozy Farmhouse which was built in 1914 in Jerome, Arizona and moved to it's current location in Prescott's Historic District. It has been updated with new floors, kitchen & Bathroom yet we have kept it's old world charm. Our location is special as we are only a short walk to the Prescott Courthouse Square. Here you will find loads of shopping, fantastic restaurants and the Famous Whiskey Row. Watson, Willow, Lynx, Goldwater & Granite Basin Lakes are all within a 10 Minute Drive. Rent Kayaks (or bring your own - we have a gated back yard you can store safely), Hike, Bike, Fish or just take a picnic to one of these beautiful locations.

Parking is FREE and directly in front of the house. There are two bedrooms in the Main House both with Queen Beds (one with a TV) and one Full Bathroom with a vintage clawfoot tub & shower. The kitchen is well appointed with settings for 6. There is plenty of Cooking amenities as well.

Our Paver Patio has a picnic table and secondary table plus a BBQ to take full advantage of the beautiful weather and dine outside. We have Outdoor lights for evening dining as well.

The front of the home has a beautiful porch with seating and small tables perfect for morning coffee and evening wine.

The main Living Space has a 55" Fire TV (Smart TV) and one bedroom has a 24" Fire TV.

This is the Main House, which is the Entire Downstairs of the Farmhouse and the Entire Backyard Outdoor Patio Space with Dining & BBQ. While rarely rented at the same time, there is a Master Guest Suite Upstairs with it's own access and upstairs Balcony. Occasionally there are guests simultaneously which we will always advise. Should you be interested, you may rent the whole house. It is located under "Adorable Historical Farmhouse" on VRBO Site. :)

Being that the home is in the Historic District several homes are being restored to their former glory so you may hear occasional normal construction noise.
