"The pousada was homey and comfortable. The colored bungalows made it feel a bit like a sleepaway camp and the home cooking made it feel like staying with a family. Great place if you're not looking for anything too upscale and are happy with mellow vibes. The grounds are beautifully kept and there's a nice, small pool. It's isolated on its' own more remote part of the island, but it's a short walk out to the dock to hop on a boat and explore the other wonders of Ilha Grande. "

"I highly recommend this hotel. You take a boat to get there from Abraao that the hotel organizes and end up in this beautiful, serene and romantic place. We absolutely loved it! You can hike to town (took us 1 hour 30 minutes/great hike) and get water tours from Abraao or keep hiking (lots of options) or they will organize a water tour to pick you up at hotel. There is definitely a party scene on Abraao so it was amazing to be away from it all."

"Good location five minutes walk from the beach and dock. Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice breakfast area and plenty of food to choose from. "

"The view is amazing, the cleanliness is good, the room size. I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool.
