  • 5 bedroom house - 115 m2 - located in the countryside in the town of Argentré, exit from bonchamp (close to all amenities), 5 kms from Laval (train station, schools, city centre, bus).

    Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms (beds 140x190) including 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, toilet.
    Floor: 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 90x190) bathroom (shower + toilet). Television in each room.
    Outside: Garden, petanque court, terrace, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue.

    Weekly rate: 400€ (Monday 10am to Friday 2pm)
    Weekend rate: 350€ (2 nights - Friday 5:30pm to Sunday 4pm)
    Sheets and cleaning: Sheets 10€/bed - Cleaning 80€
