Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with two singles that can be joined together   
\- Bedroom 2: with two singles that can be placed close together   
\- Bathroom with shower, WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
