It was very clean with all the appliances you would need to call it home. The process was simple and communication with a representative was excellent. The first room the refrigerator did not work. The parking is very tight. The elevator Would work sometimes smh it was really hard with a walker and handicapped persons. Without the elevator it was a little of a safety issue for us. We did not have internet most of the days. Maybe 80% of the time no internet. No Netflix due to it being in other people accounts. So no tv. No hot water in the kitchen sink. However it was a very pretty unit. I did not know that most places don't have central heating or air. They provide A/C, but only in the 2 rooms. There is a ceiling fan in the living area but the circulation in the living area is one to be desired. The bathroom has no air circulation or ventilation and the water temperature will change while taking a shower. Overall the unit is great and I would stay there again. It sit about half way between Aguadilla and San Juan. Great if you want drive the Northern Coast line of Puerto Rico.
