In the resort Grotta, 500 m from the centre of Riva del Garda, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 1 km from the lake, 1 km from the beach, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
