L 'wide flats is located on the 2nd floor, independent heating has 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large kitchen with appliances, 1 large living room with balcony. The apartment is 200 meters from Arco center at 5 Km from Riva del Garda. The main services, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital. Possibility of hiking, or biking, cliffs 500 meters directly from the house. In winter in an hour's drive you can reach the slopes of Mt. Bondone (downhill and Nordic skiing) Main .L'entrata is shared with other tenants and the owners themselves. Possibility of indoor garage only to Mtb inside the garden. Arco is a town that has focused heavily on sport. The 20 clothing stores and sports equipment are proof, but it is cozy for those who want to relax and enjoy walks in the countryside. During the summer there are various entertainment events and from mid-November you can visit the famous Christmas markets. And 'it allowed to smoke outside the apartment, on the balcony. Please note not to leave lights or other on when you are out. Small pets are allowed. For Arco there are both pizzerias restaurants where you can sample local cuisine or even good fish both lake and sea. At 200 meters from the house you can visit the arboretum, the Castle of Arco and the olive grove. Between Arco and the surrounding areas you can travel by public transport that pass 20 meters from the house. From the cycle that you take near the sports field takes you directly to the Lido of Arco, where you can go sailing, surfing or just sunbathing and swimming.

Saubere Wohnung, liebenswerte Vermieter

Wir haben die Wohnung in einem super Zustand vorgefunden, alles sauber und selbst für den Hund standen schon „Leckerli“ bereit. Das Zentrum von Arco ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und Riva del Garda in 10 Autominuten. Bäcker auch direkt um die Ecke... Besonders zu erwähnen sind die super netten und liebenswerten Vermieter (Grazie mille an Claudia & famiglia). Klare Empfehlung hier den Urlaub zu verbringen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolle, helle und große Wohnung. Sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Top Lage - man ist in 3 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Claudia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit Milch, Saft, Obst und Schokolade gefüllt! Grazie tanto Claudia, sei molto gentile- era perfetto nel vostro appartamento.

Claudia und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Schon der Empfang am Anreisetag war einmalig. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll hergerichtet, sehr sauber und enthält alles, was benötigt wird. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen, so dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden.

Wir nutzten die Wohnung für einen einwöchigen Kletterurlaub und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig, die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar Essig/Öl, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Tee, Marmelade waren schon in der Küche! Supersympathische Vermieterin, die um unser Wohl besorgt war. Wenn ich wieder nach Arco komme, dann werde ich gerne hier wieder unterkommen.

Mit einem Wort: KLASSE!

Da hat einfach alles gepasst! Schöne große, sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Fuß-Minuten vom Zentrum weg. Das Beste ist die Vermieterfamilie im Haus. Total nett und bemüht. Doch das aller Beste ist Claudia, die Vermieter-Chefin: so was von freundlich, lieb und umsorgt!! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!!
