The hotel staff were nice & helpful. The hotel is in a good location for walking distance to many attractions & local restaurants & shopping. The downfall is the beds are so hard like wood you wake up sore. The walls are paper thin you hear everything including other guests urinating. You hear lots of late night noises of cars & people. Definitely need earplugs. The breakfast was okay but if you go when it’s busy they run out of cutlery & dishes.

The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards.
