Come discover our villa, #MaisonPEREIRE, nestled in lush greenery and ideally located in the heart of Pereire Park, just 800 m from the beach.
Completely renovated this winter, we took great care to design a two-story family villa for 10–12 people, featuring two terraces—one for dining (with a barbecue and griddle) and the other, made of wood, for relaxing: ping-pong table, outdoor furniture—all of which are especially enjoyable in the summer.
Inside, spanning over 160 m², you’ll find a large living area, an open-concept kitchen with stunning views of the tree canopy, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (including a large bedroom that can accommodate 2 adults or 4 children), and a summer kitchen.
Also available are a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a garage, and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.
Good to know: New bedding—linens provided (sheets and bath towels) – Wi-Fi – alarm system – Parking for 2 cars in the driveway – Non-smoking home – Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
In short, an ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends.
The bike path right outside the villa takes you to city centre Arcachon in less than 10 minutes, to the heart of Le Moulleau and the UBA shuttle to Cap-Ferret in 5 minutes, and to the Dune du Pyla in 30 minutes.
For the more active, by bike: Arcachon Tennis Club is 7 minutes away, paddle tennis is 10 minutes away, and the equestrian club is 7 minutes away. The thalassotherapy centre is 5 minutes away. There’s also a nearby surf pickup point.
By car: Arcachon Golf Course is 5 minutes away, and Gujan Golf Course is 20 minutes away.
Available for two-week or one-week stays from August 6 through September 3, 2022. A security deposit of €2,500 will be required.
