Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 4.4 km, restaurant 100 m, bar 200 m, bakery 150 m, café 100 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Centre-ville" 150 m, railway station "Arcachon" 850 m, sandy beach "Thiers" 240 m, park "Mauresque" 600 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 4.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 4.4 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pyla 11.4 km, Eratopia 10.1 km, Observatoire Sainte Cécile 650 m, Marché Municipal 280 m, Navette Maritime pour le Cap Ferret 500 m, Casino 750 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Magdeleine 11.4 km, Lac de Cazaux 18.1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Arcachon.
