It includes a covered and secure parking space. Very pleasant, comfortable apartment with all modern technologies. You will have free wifi internet access and unlimited telephone. Bed linen can be supplied as an option on request. Bath towels are optional on request. Cleaning at the end of the stay is also optional. Bathroom with a double sink with large bathtub and shower head. Fully equipped high-tech kitchen (dishwasher, Thermomix TM5 robot, traditional and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle ...) Cellar with washing machine and dryer. Living room with TNT TV or internet of your choice. Connected music (Sonos system). Rooms with luxury bedding (160 TEMPUR mattress in the master bedroom). To comfortably accommodate a baby, you have a travel cot with a comfort mattress, a high chair that makes a reclining deckchair (from birth to 3 years old) and a bottle drainer. The apartment is located in an old style building. It has been completely restored in a contemporary spirit. This blend of modernity in an old setting creates an opulent, Zen and comfortable atmosphere. You will be in the center of all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, all banks), a few steps from the beach, the train station, the central square (market every morning in high season). Innumerable tourist destinations on site (Arcachon basin, ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla, Landes forest). We also recommend a visit to the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards. Sports (equestrian center, golf, nautical, cycling ...) or cultural (theater, exhibitions, concerts ...) are rich in Arcachon. L’emplacement est incroyablement central avec l’avenue Gambetta qui a tout ce qu’il faut en termes d’épiceries, restos, boutiques, la jetée au bout de la rue avec les bateaux vers le Cap Ferret etc. La place de parking est super pratique et vraiment proche de l’appart. Malgré son emplacement proche de restaurants, le double vitrage fait bien son travail et ce n’est pas dérangeant. Un point un peu négatif que nous avons rapidement relevé cependant : les volets des fenêtres sont des persiennes et clairement ce n’est pas occultant du tout. En été, avec le soleil qui tombe tard, il fait très lumineux même avec les persiennes fermées. Compliqué de faire dormir des enfants dans ces conditions... Nous avons dû ruser en accrochant une couverture par-dessus qu’il fallait réinstaller chaque jour. Un super logement en résumé avec un petit bémol qui ne gâche pas tout mais à avoir en tête tout de même ! ##### Julien A. Tout est très bien pensé, rien ne manque et la propreté est irréprochable. De plus, l'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du centre-ville d'Arcachon, sans pour autant en subir les nuisances sonores vitres fermées, ce qui est très appréciable. Superbe appartement, très très bien équipé et situé en plein centre d'Arcachon, à 300m du bassin, et à 200m de la place du marché qui a lieu tous les jours. Une fois que vous y êtes vous pouvez oublier votre voiture (qui est garée pas très loin dans le parking d'un bel immeuble tout neuf et sécurisé) Appartement situé juste en face d'une boulangerie, quel bonheur de descendre et d'aller chercher du pain frais pour le petit déjeuner :-) Nous y avons été très bien accueilli (boite de chocolats, vin au frais). In Arcachon wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum für alle die, die schöne und sehr hochwertige Einrichtungen zu schätzen wissen. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail!! Die Ausstattung ist genial, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen. Von uns gibt es für diese tolle Wohnung 10 Sterne und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Appartment. L'appartement est neuf, refait avec beaucoup de goût : un mobilier complet, un électroménager complet, des ustensiles de cuisines nombreux, l'ensemble de qualité premium. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous, rien ne manque. La localisation est idéale : au bout de la rue se trouve la plage, à 2 mn à pied les Halles et le marché, la gare toute proche. Nous n'avons pris la voiture ( place de parking sécurisée à 4mn à pied) que pour aller à la dune du Pilat. La propriétaire est très sympathique, ses petites attentions à l'arrivée ont été les bienvenues après les heures de route. En résumé, séjour qui ne demande qu'à être renouvelé pour profiter d'un temps plus clément. ##### François G. Couple avec 2 ados. Appartement tout simplement superbe, rien à dire. Spacieux, chaleureux, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de grande qualité. Tout est bien pensé et aménagé. Appartement très bien entretenu et très propre. Beaucoup de rangements. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout jusqu'au moindre détail pour nous faciliter le séjour et leurs petites attentions à notre arrivés font vraiment plaisir. Cet appartement est idéalement placé. Le bassin d'Arcachon au bout de la rue et tous les commerces et les restaurants à proximité. Un superbe marché tous les jours sauf le lundi. Pas besoin de voiture, Arcachon est une ville à arpenter et à découvrir à pied. La région est vraiment belle et riche en visite. Incontournable : la dune du Pylat, le Cap Ferret et son phare, l'Ile aux oiseaux, Bordeaux. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Un grand merci aux propriétaires et à Alexandrine pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, proche de toutes commodités, à 5 min de la plage, idéal avec des enfants en bas âge, tous se fait à pied.. L'appartement est très agréable, meuble de qualité et de très bon goût, très très bien équipé (que du haut de gamme). Literie au top aussi bien pour la chambre adulte que pour la chambre enfants. Situé en plein centre ville mais absolument pas dérangé par le bruit car très bien insonorisé. Salle de bain impeccable et très agréable..L'accueil a été vraiment chaleureux, d'une grande gentillesse avec cadeaux de bienvenue, tous simplement adorable... La propriétaire est parfaitement disponible pour communiquer avant et pendant le séjour. Elle et son mari sont absolument charmants ! Tout d'abord l'entrée des lieux se fait de façon fluide et professionnelle par une connaissance des propriétaires. L'appartement est impeccable. Je suis difficile sur le ménage et là, rien à redire. L'appartement est décoré de façon sobre et moderne, de sorte que l'on s'approprie parfaitement les lieux sans subir les goûts trop subjectifs des propriétaires. Les attentions de bienvenue sont fortement appréciées après une très longue route ! Les petits détails qui font la différence aussi (boîte de mouchoirs, lessive, pastille lave vaisselle etc ....) L' équipement électroménager est au top, nos hôtes n'ont pas lésiné sur les moyens. Le thermomix a notamment fait nos délices ... Et nous a fait craquer au point d'en commander un pour notre propre maison ... Cuisiner avec des accessoires au complet est toujours un plaisir. De plus la literie est excellente. Quant à l'emplacement de l'appartement, il est parfait, situé dans une des rues principales d'Arcachon, très proche du marché , de la place et autres commerces. Les 2 seuls points négatifs sont l'éloignement du parking si l'on a besoin de la voiture et le bruit de la rue. En effet, l'isolation phonique est excellente si les fenêtres sont fermées. Mais quant il fait très chaud , on ouvre les fenêtres, et la présence du restaurant et du bar en face de l'appartement rendent le sommeil difficile. En conclusion, avec les travaux de la copropriété qui vont doter la résidence d'un ascencseur et la rénovation des parties communes. L'appartement sera au top du top. Contrairement à certains propriétaires qui se contentent du minimum, Monsieur et Madame Chiaradia font le maximum ! ##### Lucile L. Appartement très confortable, lumineux, hyper propre et surtout très calme grâce au double vitrage. Equipement electro-ménager haut de gamme et excellente literie. Situation idéale à proximité du marché, des commerces, de la plage et de la jetée Thiers pour les excursions en bateau. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur confiance ainsi que pour leurs cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement tout à fait conforme à la description faite sur le site Homelidays et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour à Arcachon. Lumineux, refait à neuf, très belle décoration, équipement au top, situation idéale à la fois au coeur de la ville d'été et à 5 mn de la plage. Nous y étions avec notre bébé de 6 mois, tout était prévu pour lui (transat chaise haute et lit très confortables). Décoration de très bon goût, tout y est neuf et propre, très bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Situé en plein centre, proche de tous commerces et près de la plage nous avons pu faire un maximum de choses à pied. Accueil très sympathique, plein de conseils et de "bons plans"... Propriétaire attentionnée. A vous de découvrir cet endroit plein de détails qui font de cet appartement un lieu d'exception.
