It comprises: On the 1st level: \- An entrance hall with a closet \- A separate toilet with a sink \- A spacious and bright living room opening onto a 6 m² south-facing balcony with a TV/Wi-Fi box and Orange TV channels. A new sofa bed (140 x 190 cm, sleeps 2). Two armchairs. A dining table with 6 chairs. \- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: ceramic hob, extractor hood, catalytic electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor (blender, mixer)... \- A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture (1 table and 4 chairs). On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area comprises: \- 1 master bedroom: 160 x 200 cm bed with 2 bedside tables, dressing room, electric skylight with electric blinds. \- 1 bedroom: 2 x 90 x 200 cm beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, window with blackout curtains. \- 1 bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, towel warmer, and toilet. Covered and secure parking space no. 14\. Shared and secure bicycle storage.
