\- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher.  
\- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom.  
\- Separate toilet.  
Upstairs: - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm), shower room.  
\- Pets not allowed.  
Storage space for 2 bicycles in the cellar.
