Ideally located to enjoy the town center and the beach on foot (300m) in a quiet and popular area due to its location (no need for a car if you wish), this 60 m2 house, renovated in 2018, is decorated and furnished carefully and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
The house includes an equipped kitchen (cooking, extractor, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker ...), an indoor dining area for 4 people, a lounge area with tv, coffee table, sofa and two armchairs. A beautiful bedroom with a double bed (1.60m x 2m), a small cabin bedroom with two very comfortable bunk beds (90 x 200). A bathroom with vanity unit and shower, washing machine, separate WC. All mattresses and pillows are protected by mattress pads which are changed between each tenant.
You have a pretty furnished terrace with table, parasol, barbecue area and deckchairs and a small garden
You can park your car for free on the street.
Animals are not accepted.
