The proximity of the city center and the beach of Péreire are significant assets. The 4-meter ceilings decorated with very elaborate moldings, the old parquet floors and the 3 sumptuous fireplaces will undoubtedly appeal to all lovers of the old-fashioned cachet; all renovated by an architect. The decoration is refined, with high-end materials. Ideal location for Arcachon holidays on foot or by bike! The bike path is at the end of the street. The 140 m² are divided into 3 large and bright main rooms (formerly reception rooms of the house). The whole opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace of 35 m² facing south. It consists of a parental suite of 35 m2 with TV lounge area open onto the terrace, bathroom, toilet. There is a second independent bathroom with toilet. The central room is organized as a reading room, easily convertible into a double bedroom, as desired. The last room of 35 m2 is organized into a reception room with dining room, TV reception lounge, open onto the terrace and the kitchen. Finally, the apartment has 2 cabin bedrooms, mostly children. A stunningly decorated apartment with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens. Very high ceiling high in the three main rooms contributes to the special atmosphere of this apartment. The two sleeping “lofts” have a much lower ceiling height, probably not suited for grownups, but perfect for kids. Well equipped kitchen. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Außengrill und ist ein schöner Ort, um als Familie den Tag mit Kochen und Plaudern ausklingen zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (ca.10 Minuten ), wir sind daher oft zu Fuß zum Markt gelaufen, um frischen Fisch und Lebensmittel zu kaufen und natürlich gutes Brot aus der nahegelegenen Boulangerie. Der schöne lange Sandstrand von Arcachon ist auch in nur ein bis zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Familienurlaub!!! Wir hatten hier eine wunderbare Zeit, und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank auch an unsere Vermieterin, wir können das Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen. ##### Kerstin K. September 2017 in der großen und sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung einen herrlichen Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage, verfügt über eine ganztägig sonnige Terrasse und ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist insbesondere für einen Familienurlaub mit bis zu 5 Kindern seht gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. ##### Hans L. L'appartement est très beau, rénové avec goût et beaucoup de soin, les grandes pièces rappellent les villas de la ville d'hiver, et la décoration est résolument design.
