- A sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
- The bathroom has a shower.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
- Also at your disposal: Wi-Fi connection, TV, hairdryer, washing machine and iron, etc.

The apartment has a furnished terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. What's more, you'll benefit from a private parking space in the basement and a secure bike cellar.

Arcachon is a commune in south-western France, in the Gironde region. It's the perfect place to enjoy nature-based activities, with numerous hiking trails, cycle paths and waterways ideal for water sports. Spend the day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbour or taking a boat out to Île aux Oiseaux. La Ville d'Hiver is a district where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, mosaics, Gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 metres high, offering an incredible panorama of the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
