35 m² ground-floor apartment with a private 15 m² northwest-facing wooden terrace overlooking a green space:

Large living room opening onto the terrace (140 cm sofa bed, round table for 4 people, TV and Wi-Fi) with an open-plan kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine, fridge-freezer), a small bedroom/cabin (2 90 cm bunk beds + wardrobe), a shower room (shower, vanity unit and toilet).

Linen is not provided, but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], 1 set of 140/160 cm sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 set of 90 cm sheets + towels = €32/week.

Optional cleaning fee €60
During the winter period (mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
