### Charming Studio Near Beach for 2 with Parking

Arcachon - Les Abatilles residential area (local shops 100m away), large studio (on the 1st floor without elevator) in the "La Vacancerie" residence, quietly located near Pereire Beach (the most beautiful beach in Arcachon, 1300m away, a 6-minute bike ride or a 16-minute walk), Mauresque Park (1000m), and the town center (1.4 km).  
  
The studio features:  
\- Fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee maker, washer/dryer, etc.) with an island and 4 bar stools  
\- A lounge area with a sofa opening onto a balcony. Dining and relaxing on the southwest-facing balcony are available. - a bedroom area enclosed by a glass wall and blackout curtains (two 80cm x 200cm beds, can be pushed together)  
\- a bathroom with a shower stall, vanity unit, and heated towel rail  
\- a separate toilet  
\- overhead parking for one car and a bicycle rack  
  
Linens are not provided, but can be rented through the agency. \[hidden\], one 140/160cm bed sheet and towel set = €42/week - one 90cm bed sheet and towel set = €32/week.  
Cleaning service included in the price.
