Large terrace with garden furniture to enjoy meals outdoors. It has private and secure parking in the basement. (narrow). Its living room with a sofa bed for two people, TV (no wifi) and its small dining area, opening onto the terrace. Its small separate equipped kitchen, hotplates, microwave / grill, fridge with freezer and washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed 160, its closet and TV, also opening onto the balcony. A bathroom. And separate toilet. Its geographical location allows you to enjoy the beach, and the city center and its shops.
