There is no parking space, but you can park your vehicle in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a sitting area, TV, and Wi-Fi, along with a dining area. An open-plan kitchen (with TV) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop (burner/oven), and microwave, with access to a small terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill for enjoying meals outdoors with family or friends. A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A bathroom and separate toilet. The upper floor is air-conditioned, and you'll find the sleeping area with a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), also with a balcony.
