For easy parking, you have access to a private and secure underground parking space. An entrance hall with a closet, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The living room with TV and Wi-Fi opens onto a 5 m² loggia, allowing you to read a book or drink coffee in the morning, or enjoy meals outdoors. There are no roller shutters, but a blackout curtain. An open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, and a dining area. A bedroom with a queen-size bed sleeps two. L'appartement dispose de tout l'électroménager et même plus. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de voilage dans la chambre pour cacher du vis à vis. Manque un peu de rangement dans la chambre pour mettre les affaires du propriétaire qui sont dans des sacs sur la penderie. De nombreux oreillers dans la chambre qui dispose d'un lit de 160 cm. Très agréable terrasse (patio) dommage qu'il donne sur la rue très passante (bruyante en soirée et tôt le matin : camions de livraisons et poubelles) ##### Alexis D. ---
