Arcachon, on the beach of Eyrac, close to the town center and its shops, on the 3rd floor with elevator, BEAUTIFUL STUDIO of 32m2 renovated, offering an IMPREGNABLE VIEW ON THE BASIN, with a large terrace perfect for dining while admiring the sunset. Individual secure parking.
Comprising: an entrance, a living room (140cm convertible sofa + wardrobe with 140cm retractable bed/TV/storage), a very well equipped semi-open kitchen, a shower room with wc (washing machine).
Household linen not provided, possibility of renting some via the agency: 1 pack 140cm, sheets + towels = 41€.
Cleaning fee included.

Vue magnifique

Appartement refait à neuf avec une vue magnifique sur le bassin. Très bien situé entre le centre et le port, tout peut se faire à pied et la voiture peut rester au sous sol. La boulangerie est au pied de la résidence, parfait pour un bon petit Dej fasse au bassin. Nous y reviendrons certainement
