This 80 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, heating, a washer/dryer, drying rack, and a TV with DVD player. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The apartment has a private open terrace where you can relax in the evening. The property is just 80 m from the beach. Arcachon offers everything you need, including a variety of shops. There is also a bicycle storage room.  
  
Two parking spaces are available on the property. Free street parking is also possible. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted inside.
