  • Located 9 minutes walk from the new center of Arcachon and its new market, this studio is ideal for 2 people (or 2 people + 1 child). Its assets are private parking, private access to the beach at the foot of the residence and its equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hot water tank, video player and Nespresso coffee machine ..). Its great privilege is to have a balcony with a very beautiful view of the basin. Bike paths and free shuttles are also accessible at the foot of the residence.
