  • Modern villa in the Arcachon style ideal for meeting up as a couple, with family or friends during a stay on the Basin.

    The 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the shower room are upstairs (+ 1 extra bedroom on the ground floor). 1 separate toilet per floor.

    The large, very bright living room opens onto the entire garden and the terrace.

    A path in front of the house leads directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in Arcachon.

    Nice place in good location

    Everything was fine. The house was clean, up-to-date, and convenient. The location is excellent, about 25 minutes walking along residential streets to downtown Arcachon, and steps from the beach. There is also a parking space, which is very useful

    Location, location, location

    If you love or would like to get to know Arcachon and you love going to the beach, Danièle's place is ideal. 1 minute walking to Plage Pereire made everything so easy for us as a family. We enjoyed this vacation to the fullest. On top, in 5 minutes by bike you are in Arcachon city, which made us available to buy our fresh produce on the market all the time. We really recommend it!

    Lovely beach house

    Both Daniele and her son Mathieu were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay in this simple, cosy and perfectly located house near the beach and literally on the cycle path. Very highly recommend it.

    Ballades en vélo, baignades sur la plage Pereire, bac direction le Cap Ferret, dunes blanches avec café aux Halles, pizzas du Bassin, rencontre avec les ciseaux de la super coiffeuse de « L’instant d’une coupe »etc., avec un temps idyllique tout ça chez Danièle, une maison qui nous ressemble où l’on se sent bien et où l’on a envie de revenir.

    Sehr schönes Objekt, wir kommen gerne wieder

    Sehr gute Lage nahe zum Strand Pereire und mit dem Rad auch nicht weit ins Zentrum von Arcachon. 10 min mit dem Taxi zum Bahnhof. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und mit der für den Empfang zuständigen Mitarbeitern. Gut ausgestattetes Haus, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je ca. 160 cm Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, ein größeres mit Badewanne. Schönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzbereich, tollen Büchern und Bildbänden und gut ausgestattete Küche. Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse leider stark von den vielen Tauben ums Haus verschmutzt, ebenso die Balkone der Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, was es sehr erleichtert mit kleinem Gepäck zu reisen. Insgesamt eine eindeutige Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus auch Freunden weiter.

    Wundervoller Sommerurlaub in herrlichem Ambiente

    Äußerst stilvoll eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Sommerhaus in bester Lage in Arcachon in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, das seinen Preis wert ist. Auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß, aber noch besser mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Eingezäunt auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Parkplatz, der gerade in der Hochsaison sehr wertvoll ist. Charmante und zuverlässige Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung vor Ort durch Marie.

    The house is beautiful and fantastically located - a stone's throw from the beach and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Arcachon. Daniele and Marie were very welcoming and accommodating and the house itself was big (easily big enough for 5 of us), very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend it and would definitely go back to stay again.

    Escape to France

    We booked the house last minute to have a much needed holiday with our family. The house is well located next to a great beach and the cycle paths into Arcachon and Le Molleau which is lovely and the Dune de Pilat. The house has a stylish contemporary interior is clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family trip. I would recommend it highly.
