"The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over."

"Great dinner in St Andrews Bay Grill, although having golfers at the other end of the restaurant shouting at the football on tv was a bit of a downside Hotel room, breakfast and spa amazing as always (our 9th visit) Walk into St Andrews was lovely and we were blessed with the weather. The hotel shuttle bus back to the hotel was welcome!"
