"I had an absolutely wonderful day in Chinchon at the parador. It is beautifully situated right at the entrance to the old town and truly is a memorable place to stay. The rooms were spotless and the hotel is very quiet and well designed with a wonderful restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s just fabulous."
