"The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away."

"The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

"This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. "What was meant to be a peaceful and restorative stay for my daughter turned into a deeply distressing experience for our family. We chose this hotel expecting comfort, safety, and a high standard of hospitality. Instead, the environment was extremely noisy and stressful, making it impossible for her to rest or recover. Over time, her condition worsened significantly, ultimately requiring police involvement and hospitalization. Throughout this crisis, communication was extremely difficult. As parents based in the United States, we struggled to obtain timely information and meaningful assistance while our daughter was alone in a foreign country. The hospital she was taken to was also difficult to reach, and language barriers made an already serious situation even more overwhelming. We do acknowledge that certain staff members, including Lilith and Vardges, attempted to be kind and supportive. However, these individual efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall lack of empathy and flexibility shown by management during an urgent and sensitive situation. Their communication felt formal, rigid, and disconnected at a time when compassion and practical support were essential. In addition, our daughter’s headphones were stolen during the stay, which added further stress and anxiety to an already critical situation. As a result of everything that occurred, she was unable to experience the stay we had paid for and required both medical and police assistance during what"
