"המזגן במלון מכוון או לחום או לקור. לאורח אין כל אפשרות לבחור מה הוא רוצה. במקרה שלנו, היה יום חם והמזגן היה על חום. פנינו למלון אבל "אין מה לעשות. ככה זה". עד הערב היה סיוט בחדר המהביל. בחדרים אין מרפסת, הקירות דקים מאד ושומעים כל מה שקורה בחדרים סמוכים ובמסדרון. בחדר האמבטיה יש אמבטיה עם וילון . ..."
